- Anna Benakich Added June 04, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Appalling, unprofessional. I'm a believer in word by mouth is the best asset to any company. I'm a lady confined to a wheelchair and I have a legal assistance dog trained to help me with all basic living and public access has I have no living family. I contact turf Green kindly explaining this and my needs and asked for a "offcut" peace for my assistance dog to use as a toilet mat when out and there are no grass patches. My first email was egnored so after a week I resent it. Paul finally replied, advised me that he can't give my assistance dog any free offcut however I can purchase them from him starting at $5. I struggle financially physically and mentally. What kind of person is Paul, what type of company is turf Green that can't give away a peace of offcut to a assistance dog........what kind of human being is Paul. Make your own judgment.
