  AC failed during end of summer heatwave. Jacob looked at everything, attic units, ducting, outside units, measured square footage, return lines, and supply lines. He was professional and informative. I decided the aged equipment needed replacement and we discussed lots of options. The install crew was fantastic. They were extremely polite, hard working, and took great effort to maintain a clean workspace in the attic as well as in the house. In one day they dismantled, hauled off, and installed two complete systems. In addition, they returned to solve and fix, at no charge, a serious soil erosion problem, created over 20 years, with the concrete pad. That was no easy feat as the pad was extra large, tilting at an extreme angle, and about to slide off the side of the hill. In summary, I couldn’t be happier with this experience and highly recommend Total Air & Heat.

  Great communication. On time. Pointed out an improperly installed furnace (done by different company less than 1yr prior) that we were able to take care of with original installer.

  The best air/heat company in Plano. They get you on the schedule quick and arrive when they say they will. Would highly recommend them for your ac/heating needs.

  Total Air and Heat was recommended to me by Home Depot as installers when I bought a new Trane AC and heating system 10 years ago. I have contracted with them ever since to service my system twice a year (and clean the whole-house air filtration system.) I have never had a problem and the system is still very efficient. I would highly recommend them for installation and maintenance.

  Professional HVAC Service ABOVE and BEYOND Expectations
  
  Total Air & Heat completely exceeded all my expectations in a very positive way. After getting bids from four different companies, Total's bid was the most comprehensive and professional proposal, at competitive prices, for a new Trane AC System (Condensor, Coil, Plenum, Duct work, etc.). From the sales engagement process with Chad, to the installation and service delivery of Arturo, and the courteousness and attention to detail of Abel and Alex, this was a great experience from start to finish. The installation team worked all day, non-stop to finish the large project on time and walked me through the entire installation, maintenance requirements, and warranty paperwork answering all of my questions. If you are in the DFW area, get a bid from Chad at Total Air & Heat. You will not be disappointed.

  No one there when I showed up. Don't have time to be stuffed around. Wasn't a clean workshop.
