  I rarely leave reviews at all, but I'm pretty livid. Had a good haircut last time I went to this salon, but this time it was awful. I've tried to give it a few days, but every time I see my hair I get more frustrated. I'm a woman but I look like a drill sergeant with an awful haircut. One bit was pissing me off so much I cut it myself the next day. If the stylist doesn't know how to do a short woman's haircut, she should pass the job onto someone else.

  Wow ... good job people ... nicely traumatised a 10 year old girl for no reason and treated her like a lab rat ... well done ... do you have no compassion at all... the attitude from both staff and treatment of my daughter was like an animal had somehow entered their shop ... such poor attitude and service. Never again would I come near this shop.

  Disappointed with service yesterday. Felt like when my hair was being washed that it was being ripped out, got wet fingers in my ears with acrylic nails because she was rushing so much. OUCH. Treatment felt very rushed in general due to poor time management. Waited 45+ minutes to have treatment started and also took so long getting treatment due to Staff jumping from person to person unnecessarily and when my hair was being blow dried and straightened it was very, very rough and also blow drier was too close and was burning my scalp even after politely indicating it was too hot... my hair did not stay straight for long due to the young lady straightening too much at a time which is disappointing as I paid $141 for treatment and product for it to not last long at all. I do a better job at home with straightening it myself... . 2 ladies cut my hair are usually great but the service was appalling yesterday and my hair cut was very rushed as well. I recommend the young girls who wash hair and assist in styling perhaps have some thorough training as you go to salons to feel good and unfortunately it was not the case yesterday, for the money I pay regularly it is very disappointing.

  We have been going to this salon for over 10 years. We were always happy with the service until yesterday. My wife booked an appointment and apparently waited for over 30 minutes. She told me that she was waiting for a stylist to finish a job but then saw her helping other stylist and was told to wait. She decided enough is enough and left in disappointment. What is the point of booking appointment

  I've been going to S&S Capalaba for about 9 months. I always feel like a rock star when I walk out. Can't fault the staff or the service or the pricing. Beauty treatments are good too. If they are busy, I wait, waiting didn't kill me. Thank you S&S Capalaba
