    It was just by chance I met John at Snap printing, when my previous provider was letting me down at the last hour again... and I am so grateful that it happened!
    John cannot help enough, he is always available and will give realistic time frames and pricing, and if he has time he'll be happy to have a chat too.

    John made my wife cry (in the best way possible). My Wife and I decided to do a toy drive for the Queensland Children's Hospital to honour our son that was born with a heart condition. Along with the toys given to the sick kids in hospital we wanted to hand out a little card with a little bit about who these toys / gifts were from.

    John happily took on the task of getting this printed out and organized it all for us within 24 hours! To our surprise, John also decided to donate these cards to us / our cause. Upon finding out about Johns generosity, my Wife broke down into tears over the beautiful gesture that he had just done.

    If anyone is looking a genuine company who goes above and beyond customer care, John at Snap is the man!
