    I purchased several cushions which simply never arrived. Rugs4Less are ignoring messages and emails, leaving me out of pocket and with no product. Avoid these people at all costs.

    I bought 2 cushions from here and they are the worst cushions l have ever purchased.
    The material is really bad quality.
    I emailed the company and told them the cushions have gone out of shape and they told me to fluff them up which l have been doing that and they are still not good.
    I asked for a refund but the have declined saying that l have used them, well of cause l have used them thats how l know they are cheap and nasty. So l will be taking this to Fair Trading as l have already bern told that l am entitled to a refund. I shouldnt have to go through this if the company were any were decent.

    Rugs for Less had exactly what I was looking for.
    I was very impressed that they contacted me before placing the order to confirm with me.
    They went out of their way to satisfy my purchase. I have already placed another order since. I 100% recommend them to other customers.
