  The experience from beginning to end, was hassle free, informative and enjoyable. The showroom was excellent displaying an amazing array of styles, designs, colours etc. The staff were patient and happy to help. The design process was very professional and I was grateful for the advice given. The demolition was quick and the installation by Kane was flawless. There was good communication between parties. Overall, I am very happy with the end result. Thank you

  We’re at 12 weeks now and the kitchen is still not finished. Theirs was the most expensive quote by far but we went with them expecting a national brand would give us less hassle. One problem leads into another, things are left for us to fix, trades quotes are way higher than first quoted. Contacting them is a waste of time, it takes a week for them to reply with excuses about “how busy they are”. It’s not our fault you over booked yourselves.

  I had my kitchen installed June 2016 and had a wonderful experience from when George visited my home in March 2016 to design my kitchen, to the installation in June.
  Everyone at the Capalaba store were extremely helpful and made the whole process easy and very professional. Along the way I changed things and once again the team at Capalaba were helpful and incorporated my changes so that I would be totally happy with my new kitchen, which I am.
  They were on time with the dates they gave me for completion, and the due date for installation.
  
  I can highly recommend the Capalaba team of Kitchen Connection as my experience was wonderful, and my kitchen is everything I wanted and so I'm delighted to recommend the Capalaba store for your next kitchen.

  All work done by subcontractors, sparkies and plumbers they use are double the cost of others. You pay upfront and when things change and go wrong good luck getting it rectified. Ended up rectifying problems our selves as project manager didn't really seem to care. If we ever redo our kitchen again I would look elsewhere. The ladies at the store where more helpful than anyone else.

  We paid a little more than expected but the service and communication was excellent.Kitchen Connection cordinated the trades so it was seemless.If this is your first kitchen reno I highly recommend Kitchen Connection.Kane our installer was efficient and the rest of the trades were professional.

  From the time we entered KC store in Capalaba the attention we received was excellent and following on was the planning of our kitchen which turned out to be easier than expected. Once receiving the timetable of when trades were expected this todate has gone seamlessly. Delivery of cabinets arrived on time and the next day the cabinet fitter arrived ready to go. Dealing with Ben Farquhar has been a great experience and he worked diligently over two days putting together our very large kitchen. Ben cleaned up every afternoon which was wonderful not to be left with a mess. At present we are still in the process of waiting for the bench tops and splashback but these are in the process of being ready on time. So far it has been a pleasure to deal with your company.
