- Jen C. Added December 22, 2019★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I will never shop at this store again, Freedom in Capalable. I have shopped here twice, the first time spent over $200. The second time I bought a few sale items and I was charged original price. I returned to the store and asked the the staff to check the prices. The gentleman who worked there asked why I didn't check the prices before I paid and did not apologise. I find he was very rude. I aked him how could I check the prices when they were in the bags and I bought more than 10 items. He should have told me or have a sign that says when you buy sale items, be prepared to pay original price unless you check at the register. I want to shop with confidence.
The lady who was serving me was not helpful.
Please do me a favour and update your sale prices and stop blaming your customer when they return for a refund. Some of the items were at the wrong place so I was shocked to find out at the register that the price was higher than what I saw.
