As many people would have experienced with there pool and the recent flooding our pool, well it died and I mean it was brown as a chocolate log brown and dead, really dead.
Tom at the store over a period brought it back to life with the right no bull, honest advice. I really struggled getting the pool back but by god they did the job and there customer service really does shine out in helping you getting the job done.
I’m a customer for life now brilliant people

Know what they are talking about, yes I brought a robot on hwy advice and it is great. Worth going a bit out of your way for. They like to know your name and they seem knowledgeable about pools

Quite new to pool ownership and I was never made to feel silly. They always take the time to explain why different chemicals, actions, etc are required. They're certainly not out to sell extras just for the sake of it. Always greeted with a smile. Great shop. Highly recommended
