  Great store, range and knowledge. Very helpful and dedicated to ensure you get what you need. Was prepared to spend more, but they down sold me to ensure I didn’t spend more than I had to. Will be a local customer moving forward.

  Brilliant. Excellent and helpful staff set me up with the best whipper snipper and chainsaw for me. Not the most expensive ones, but the ones that fit my needs. Got some free extras such as bar oil and the guys filled them with fuel, ran them up and made sure I was ready to go.
  Lifelong customer now. Great store, great guys. Keep up the excellent work!

  Walked into the store, boss or owner was talking to someone not wearing mask... didnt acknowledge at all, no courtesy " I'll just be a sec" nothing. Then when he does decide to talk to me I get told how to wear my mask properly.. it moved when I spoke so he steps back and says " I told you to wear your mask properly. I'm not sure if he's just a rude man or a woman hating man. But this is the 2nd time and will definitely be the last.
  I'd rather chew my grass than buy anything from this shop.

  Been here a few times. Found the staff to often be rude and condescending more often than not. Have since found another local shop that has better service and prices. I use chainsaws in a commercial operation so I guess they lost a bit of potential business

  You'd think being a stihl dealer they would use stihl parts. Well no. All chinese parts used. Carby failed on my line trimmer and zero interest was taken by the staff when i told them it still wasnt running properly only a couple months after being fitted.

  Having a problem starting my mower . Took it down to The Capalaba Mower Centre hoping that the first review here was entered wrongly !
  
  I was quoted approx. $99 for basic service and was given a card saying allow 10 business days for completion . No worries and I was advised by text 6 business days later it was right for pick up . Final cost was $152 but that included oil . air filter , plug , new blades and labour . All good and reasonable I believe . Service at counter was not over friendly but it was quick and efficient and I wasn't up for a chat about the weather or mowers anyway . Overall very pleased so THANKS !
