  We built our first home with Ausbuild.
  
  With home and land in one place it was an extremely streamlined and stress-free process. We were always kept up to date, construction flowed smoothly and our site supervisor, Ron, was fabulous.
  
  We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ausbuild to anyone looking to build ☺️

  My partner and I built our first home with Ausbuild and they made the whole process significantly smoother and less stressful. Being able to get our finance, land and house in the same place eased the process as a first home buyer from saving for a deposit to finalising our plan and finishes. Our supervisor and construction admin team were also great and any hiccups along the process where quickly resolved. We had minimal issues at PC and have passed our 6 & 12 month maintenance periods without needing any touchups. We will continue to use Ausbuild for any new homes we build in the future and recommend to all our friends and family looking for a reliable and great quality builder.

  We were very pleased with the service provided to us by our the sales consultant Andrew, he has been a true professional. Great customer service, he was always willing to assist and help out with any queries. We have had wonderful experience with quick responses to any queries.
  
  We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Andrews assistance or Ausbuild.

  Whilst we considered many other builders, we ended up choosing Ausbuild given their house plan was the only plan that really worked well on our block. They have been excellent right the way through. Started the build in Aug/Sep '22 and will be finished circa March '23 which is very good in this market where delays are commonplace. Communication was great. The sales team, administrators and building supervisor are fantastic people, so we couldn't have asked for more.

  We built our first home with Ausbuild, as you can Imagine it can be a stressful time for some, however Ausbuild helped streamline the process for us with the Land, House & Finance all in the same place, It made it easy with the communication for everything. Andrews and Ruby were great with any questions we had throughout our contract stage and our site supervisor Darcy accommodated us with any questions we had during the construction process. We would definitely consider Ausbuild if we were to build again.

  Poor customer service - not helpful at all and friendly when enquiring about their land and house packages.
