  Jim at Redlands Mazda was nothing short of fantastic to deal with. I started a web enquiry and had a response from Jim within half an hour, from there it was smooth sailing, no stuffing around, no hoops, the entire process was seamless. Good old fashioned service, I could not have asked for better. I would happily recommend Jim and Redlands Mazda to anyone. Thank you again Jim, you're a gem.

  Great friendly Mazda dealership from sales to service and management. On-site modern facilities and even servicing on Saturdays with breakfast whilst you wait. Highly recommended dealership who go above and beyond to look after their customers new and existing.

  I have purchased a new CX5 and second hand vehicle from Redlands Mazda. Both transactions were stress free, professional and following services have been handled with delight by Richard Nicholson and his service team with efficiency and exceptional service. Great dealership experience across the whole team with fantastic customer lounge facilities.

  This is a very modern and extremely professional dealership. All of the staff go above and beyond, they genuinely make you feel welcome and nothing is too much bother. It's a very unique experience these days to enter a business and find all of the staff so happy and upbeat. It's very apparent they enjoy their work place. The service department is sensational, meticulously clean, with a very transparent approach to servicing vehicles. Its extremely rare to find service of this standard and its consistently good. The airline business club lounges both here and overseas could certainly take some tips from Redlands Mazda dealership on standards. Can not fault

  A special thanks to Alex who as far as I am concerned, is an important cog in the wheel of Redlands Mazda, however, that's where it ends. I had a few questions about a particular matter which worried me and they were not fully addressed. Also, when I took it in for it's first 1,000km service, I mentioned a rattle behind the front passenger seat and thought it was possibly in the suspension and it had been annoying me from initial pick up. A man from service and I took it for a run and he said he noticed it as well. After they checked it out, I was told a piece of foam was put on/in the rim to stop the rattling, however, the service note said it was a rattly back seat belt. When I drove it home, the rattle was still there. A friend checked it out and he found the back seat behind the passenger seat was not locked in properly, so he locked it in. No rattle since. My question here is, how could a brand new car leave the factory in Japan, get to Kingston/Springwood checking centre and finally get to the Redlands showroom and inspected yet again with no-one noticing along the line that the back seat was unhinged? Since I bought that car, I have had no passengers in the back seat, hence I had no need to check that part of the car out myself. I am not going away because I need answers.
