  Absolutely horrific experience. Pool was not built as stated in the contract, and builder refused to speak to me throughout the build. Use at your own risk

  I had my pool built 2 years ago and it started off bad and gets worse.
  I was talked into all the upgrades, but I don't see what the upgrades are?
  Then after paying them to get council approval, which they said no problems, it was nothing but a problem. They couldn't do it and I had to or I was out of pocket thousands with no pool.
  Now I have had the expensive pool light fail 4 times, which are ment to be top of the line and a probe that runs my top of the line filter failed from new, but no follow up so how did I know for a year of burnt eyes from too much chlorine.
  I would never use Blue Haven again and I don't recommend them to anyone.
  Update. After 3 years I'm now on pool light number 7 or 8, I lost count and the chlorine feed on the filter has stopped working.

  Absolutely hopeless, worst company to deal with. Could go on all day about problems. No after service or care once job is completed. My best advice would be to steer clear !!

  We worked with Blue Haven over the course of 12 months while we built our new house to install our pool in several stages. At each stage they were excellent to deal with & guided us through the necessary steps. They were always easy to get hold of, quick to respond & take action. We are so happy with our amazing Hydroxypure pool - the whole process couldn't have gone more smoothly.

  By time we contracted with Blue Haven there wasn’t a great deal we didn’t know that we were in for. By the time we contracted with Blue haven we had spent a good part of 12 months researching concrete, fiberglass, chlorine, salt and or mineral options. In fact, by the time we had shortlisted concrete and self-chlorinating we were still to choose from three industry-leading pool builders.
  The only thing that separated Blue Haven from the rest was transparency and communication. There was not one question that was left unanswered, in fact their salesman encouraged us to do our research, which of course we already had. At no point had Blue Haven bad mouthed any other building company and claimed they were better than others, skewed processes and procedures or left us unsure and doubting. From the day correspondence began with Blue Haven, my wife and I really began to understand the praise and profile they enjoy with in this industry across the nation.
  The sales team were a treasure trove of knowledge and were able to communicate not only the quality of their products and service but articulate every single aspect of the job in great clarity. Their office staff were extremely well-versed in operations and at no stage were unclear, vague or mistaken in their communications with either my wife and or myself. The project manager was approachable, extremely efficient and communicative, I guess that’s what you would get from a family unit that has been building pools for a good part of 20 years or more. When it came to meeting the subcontractors, their standards of work and diligence were of similar standing. Clearly the selection process upon which blue Haven choose their staff is of the highest standards and that would further support why they have remained industry leaders for so long. Communications were frequent and clear, commencement dates were accurate and not once delayed. Their work was clean, never intrusive and prompt. I found their crew polite, friendly and all very knowledgeable in pool construction and operations.(clearly not ring-ins)
  I couldn’t be more satisfied with the professionalism of this company. At no stage were we taken by surprise, charged extras, or encountered any challenges that weren’t previously discussed. This is my family’s second concrete pool install and the difference between the management of our previous install to Blue Haven's has been like night and day.
