- Joe Rahurahu Added February 19, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆5 year ago went to Capalaba branch for 1st time with bag full of money i let 2 people go before me as i had a lot to bank line was empty behind me i went to counter to bank my first business weekly taking,I was very rudely rejected as they did not have time they stated to count my money not only by 1 staff but also the other cashier on counter at time loudly confirmed this from across the room as other cashier support. I had try to explain polity but quite taken back that i had already counted and new the exact amount I was depositing, How ever these where in large bundle of $50's 20's 10's 5's and coins in bags with 5's 10's and 20's. I polity stated there is no customer behind me as i let them all go first. I was once again bluntly refused again. Once again I asked that my understood banks are profession who are to provide a service and also count and check the amount i had already stated in my deposit slip I was banking. Only to be treated disgustingly. I left and noted there still where no customer behind me. I went strait to Cleveland branch who had no proplame counting money and was so polite that I refuse to ever bank again at Capalaba ever if Cleveland branch ever closes I will switch banks from ANZ to another as I will never forget the service I had received a Capalaba
